How many cameras can I connect to the Babylink monitor?

You can connect up to 4 cameras to one monitor, placed anywhere in your home. The split screen function allows you to view four cameras at a time on the large 5.5" screen.

What is the camera view angle, zoom, and pan capability?

The Babylink camera rotates 360° controlled remotely from the monitor, with a 90° wide-angle view. It also has 2x and 4x zoom.

How does the night vision work?

The Babylink camera uses invisible infrared LEDs, providing clear vision in complete darkness on the 5.5" monitor. Night vision is enabled automatically in low light conditions.

Can the camera detect movements?

Babylink uses sound detection rather than motion detection. The VOX feature has 3 sensitivity settings to activate the monitor when noise is detected in the baby's room.

Range & Connectivity

What is the wireless range of Babylink?

Babylink provides wireless coverage up to 300 metres or 960 feet (without obstruction). Range may vary depending on the number and thickness of walls in your home.

How secure is Babylink against hacking?

Babylink uses FHSS technology, which does not rely on WiFi to transmit signals. It quickly changes communication channels randomly, to provide a secure connection.

Does Babylink have a phone app?

No, Babylink is a standalone wireless device that does not use WiFi or have a phone app. This makes it impossible for hackers to access the system.

Battery Life & Power

How long does the monitor battery last?

The 5500 mAh battery lasts 8-12 hours, depending on usage (screen brightness, night vision, lullabies, number of connected cameras).

Is the monitor battery replaceable?

No, the monitor battery is non-replaceable.

Does the camera have a battery?

No, the camera must be plugged in for use as it does not have a built-in battery.

Does the flexi-mount come with the Babylink Baby Monitor?

Yes, the flexi-mount is included and enables you to secure the camera to a range of objects.

Can the camera be wall-mounted?

Yes, a wall mount and 2 screws are included with your Babylink Baby Monitor.
